Return Policy

Please read Hippy Halos® return policy before purchasing. Policies pertain to all orders. Headband measurements are provided in the Fit & Fabric Section of the dropdown box. Headbands are meant to fit snug, not tight, like a hug. Please check your head measurement along with our measurement specifications before purchasing to ensure the best fit. Certain types of items cannot be returned;  headbands, scrunchies, hats or any other item that is worn on the head or in the hair. This policy is for sanitary health reasons. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ABOVE LISTED ITEMS.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right. Please see our shipping policies for shipping damage incurred by the shipping agent. If there is a manufacturer defect we will happily replace your item. Normal wear and tear of fabric through washing and wearing over time is not considered a manufacturing defect. Please report a manufacturing defect to us within 7 calendar days of order delivery.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on Earrings & Bracelets as long as the items are unworn, unused, and in the original packaging with the tags affixed. We do not accept exchanges. If a return is necessary of Earrings or Bracelets please email us at or complete the contact form in our Contact Us Section located at the bottom of this webpage. A return request must be submitted to us within 7 calendar days of order delivery. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.  We will send you a return label via email. All return orders will contain tracking. We will process your return  as soon as we receive the returned item and after inspection. If the return is accepted, we will issue the refund minus return shipping to the original payment method on file. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We have the right to refuse returns that do meet the criteria listed in this return policy or that are deemed as fraudulent. We are a family run business and authorizing returns is very important to keep our business running efficiently as well as providing excellent customer service. 


 If there are any concerns regarding your order we will work with you to make it as right as we possibly can. Your happiness and satisfaction is extremely important to us. Please reach out to us within 7 calendar days from delivery of your item if there is a concern. We will work together to resolve the concern in a mutually beneficial manner for both parties.
